I was born in India and studied at the Madurai Kamaraj University, India, where I received my Masters Degree in Biotechnology. I am currently a PhD student within the IMPRS for Evolutionary Biology working on the role of FoxO in tissue homeostasis in the fruit fly Drosophila melanogaster, at the Department of Zoophysiology II at the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel, supervised by Prof. Dr. Thomas Roeder.
I like reading, travelling and I enjoy cooking.
