Curriculum Vitae
She is from the East Coast of Canada, where she completed both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in biology at the University of New Brunswick.
From these studies, her interest in host-microbe interactions grew and this is how she has found herself studying the evolution of the microbiota-gut-brain axis within the IMPRS for Evolutionary Biology. Her work was done under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Thomas Bosch at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel. Danielle graduated in summer 2020 and has returned
to Canada.
