Curriculum Vitae
Loukas was born in Greece, and studied Biology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where he received his BSc in 2012. Then he studied evolutionary biology at the LMU University of Munich where he received his MSc in 2014. Loukas did his PhD at the Max Planck Institute in Plön, supervised by Dr. Lutz Becks. His studies focussed on the eco-evolutionary dynamics that favor local adaptation. He defended his thesis in 2018.
