Main Focus

I am currently working on two different research topics: 1) Quantitative Genetics: Dissection of the genetic basis of the complex traits in the pupal stage of Drosophila melanogaster; 2) Population Genomics: Origination and adaptation of genomic/transcriptomic signatures in the divergence of house mouse wild populations.

Curriculum Vitae

Born on Feb 09, 1989 in Linyi, a city in central China. Studied Bioinformatics in School of Life Sciences of Soochow University in China (2006-2010). PhD in Soochow University and The University of Chicago (2010-2015). Lecturer (Assistant professor), in the Center for Systems Biology in Soochow University (2016.01-2016.11). Postdoc researcher at Department of Evolutionary Genetics in Max-Planck institute for Evolutionary Biology in Germany (since 2016.11).
