Administration

The Administration of the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Biology serves as the central interface for the Institute’s administrative and financial matters — ranging from HR and budget topics to procurement and the handling of services. For external partners, we are the point of contact for organisational questions related to collaborations, invoices, and formal administrative procedures.

Please contact us if you are…

• a supplier / service provider (invoices, ordering and processing queries, formal clarifications)
• a collaboration partner / funding partner (administrative coordination related to cooperation)
• a guest with organisational questions (for travel arrangements and onboarding, we usually refer you to the Welcome Office)

Institute members should use the Intranet MAX for internal information and forms.
