School Internship for Students in Years 8 and 9
Are you interested in gaining exciting insights into the work of a research institute during your mandatory school internship in Year 8 or 9? Then the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Biology is the perfect place for you!

We offer you the opportunity to spend one of your two internship weeks with us. During this time, you will have the chance to meet scientists from around the world and collaborate with them. You can gain hands-on experience in lab work, microscopy, and programming – and depending on your interests, you might also get insights into supporting scientific areas such as the library or public relations.

Since English is our main language, good English skills are an important requirement for an internship with us.
