Extending your loans:
Online-Catalog (borrower information page).
Register with your ID-number (from the small red leaflet = Bibliotheksausweis, that you got, also on the reminder) and password (the first three letters of your last name, if you didn't change it). Under "loans" you will find the list of books that you have borrowed. Please mark the titles that you want to extend and then click on the "Renew" button. You can extend the time for each book up to three times, a fourth time the librarian can do it. Then the book has to be returned to the library. If you lost your ID-number, please ask for it in the library. As a rule you can keep books for up to half a year (guests and undergraduates four weeks).
